My deviantart is so completely a perfect to describe the incredibly amounts of growth that have happened within the last five years. I look back at old photographs, old journal entries and gasp at how ridiculous I was. But in a way that makes me happy, and I’m glad I’ve changed. What would life be without change? (especially mine) malt liquor and a runny nose? Well I’m happy to tell everyone I’ve been sober for 18+ months from drugs.

As some might have noticed, I never post anymore, and if I do I’m lacking in the photograph department. There are two reasons for this. One, is that I haven’t done anything for about a year, I mean, that might be an exaggeration, there were little projects here and there but nothing like how I used to be. A lot of that was due to a really shitty situation I placed myself in for two long. But things are a-changing! I’m finally free, and totally, one hundred percent okay with going home to a book and my cats, and sleeping alone. The second reason (mostly for the lack of photographs) is that I’ve only been shooting film. I am more satisfied when I know that one hundred percent I took that photograph. It’s very rewarding.

Other big life-changing things include moving in three weeks to California, not because I particularly like it there but I know a lot of people and I decided if I wanted to travel and hop around from place to place with only a camera and a backpack I’d better do it while I’m young. So here I go!
